Terms & Conditions
By booking or using Ballia Travels services, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings: Please provide accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, and contact details. Bookings are confirmed only after confirmation from Ballia Travels.
Fares & Payments: Fares depend on the vehicle, distance, route, and applicable tolls, parking, taxes, or other charges.
Cancellation: Cancellation or modification charges may apply depending on the booking and notice period.
Waiting Time: Additional waiting charges may apply if the vehicle is required to wait beyond the agreed time.
Vehicle Availability: Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation. A comparable vehicle may be provided when necessary.
Passenger Responsibility: Passengers must follow safety instructions and must not damage the vehicle, carry prohibited items, or engage in inappropriate behaviour.
Luggage: Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Ballia Travels is not responsible for items left behind.
Delays: Travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Outstation Travel: Toll, parking, permits, taxes, and other applicable travel expenses may be charged separately where applicable.
Changes: Ballia Travels may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
